The most effective and the cheapest method in dentistry is the prophylaxis. Many dental problems can be prevented with a wide ranged dental care and a smart nutrition.

Dental Care

Wash your teeth twice a day
Ask a specialist which toothpaste and toothbrush to choose
Change your toothbrush every 2 months

Nutrition

Don’t eat after the evening brushing
Also, drink only water after the last toothbrushing
A lot of raw food and a lot of chewing keesp our teeth healthy
If you had a sugary softdrink, coffee or alcohol try to drink water after those drinks

Trainings

For several years Novodent 99 LP has been offering theoretical and practical trainings of dental assistants and dental clinical hygienists.
